Chidorigafuchi National Cemetery

The Chidorigafuchi National Cemetery was built by the national government in 1959 as a “grave for unknown soldiers”. It houses the remains of unknown Japanese soldiers and civilians who died overseas during World War II.
The signs were completely renewed with the reform works of the cemetery in 2003. The design provides signs with a dignity that is suitable for a peaceful place.
Joint design project with Taniguchi and Associates.
