This is a temporary shelter for local bus accompanied by the redevelopment of Yamaguchi station square. The prefabricated container house was diverted to the shelter and the looks was too dull, then we were requested a unique idea to make the user familiar with this place. New place is far from the station, so we try to enhance the visibility as bus stop. We used the façade of container to represent a bus silhouette using an existent window shape as it is and also put passengers through the windows. After the completion, it is later nicknamed “Black Bus”. “Black Bus” will go back to its new place 3 years later.
