現代の生活になくてはならない情報通信ネットワークの快適性を支える電子計測器。それは目に見えない電波や音波をとらえ、波形として表示する精密機器である。そうした計測器のトップリーダーであるアンリツの本社棟では、企業の基幹となっている「波」をテーマに、周波数の異なる様々な波形を組み合わせたデザインを館内の主要なポイントに配し、環境表現として展開した。 「うねり」を感じさせる波形の造形は、単に周波を表わすだけでなく、グローバル企業として世界に躍進する潮流のイメージをも表わしている。
Anritsu Corporation is the top leader company of measuring instruments. Their products are indispensable for our modern life, especially in the information and communication field.
We used image of waveform, which is output display of measured data, as a design theme for this sign planning project.
Various patterns having different frequencies are put in the building and are developed to environmental expression.
The waveform means not only the expression of frequency but also the trend of this global enterprise developing business in the world.
