ebisu green glass Complex Building

This smaller-sized building is located near Ebisu Station in central Tokyo, owned by a developer and composed of rental office space (3rd to 9th floors) and commercial space (B1 to 2nd floors).
As a part of recent efforts toward environmentally friendly architecture, buildings in Tokyo are required by law to provide a designated amount of space dedicated to vegetation. This building meets the requirements by means of plants grown on wall and rooftop areas.
The theme of our sign plan was “display of information,” including information about the plants and display of the amount of CO2 emissions generated by the building. The floors of the elevators feature numerals indicating the present location by means of a GPS system.
